Who is responsible
Rocket Labz is the controller of your personal data. Questions or requests: reply to your order email.
What we collect and why
- Order data (name, email, country, order details): to process your order, deliver your download and send your invoice. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Your course account (name, email, login sessions, course progress): to give you access, save your progress and prevent account sharing. Session data is kept for at most 90 days. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in protecting the course.
- Invoice records: kept for 10 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Analytics and ad cookies, only if you consent: to measure our ads and improve the site.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider Hostinger, our payment provider Stripe and, if you consent to cookies, Meta, TikTok and Google. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or request a copy. Reply to your order email; we answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Belgium: the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
